Starting with 2009 we decided to build a CRM based on Web3box framework and its new technology.Using one existing CRM from the market didn't helped us so much because we hadto deal with a lot of problems:
* difficulty in creating custom reports
* hard to understand many of the applications
* not so much great support
* almost impossible to modify the CRM if your company needs something a bit different than the software package.
Then, our solution to this problem was to create one CRM that can be easily changed if the customer requests something and not using so many options to make it difficult to use.

Web3box Customer Relationship Management - CRM Modules
For a better usability and functionality, Web3box CRM it's a collection of modules. Any of the modules can be customized to fit the needs of the customer. The list of modules will be updated all the time, as our team is developing new modules until we have all the necessary parts to have a complete CRM that will move to the next level, and become an ERP. Modules of the CRM:

Web3box Customer Relationship Management - Reporting
One of the most important part of a CRM is the Reporting part. Each company needs reports to see the workflow of a project or the rentability of that project. With this software we can create many reports that are necessary when checking the status of a project, or when you need to see which are the issues that you have completed. (this day, month or year).
Examples of reports:
* Paid bills / Unpaid bills
* Number of hours reported on a project (per employee)
* Number of days off
* Status of a project
* Open tasks from a specified employee
* Amount of money earned this month, year…etc
* Amount of money to be earned this month, year…etc
...and any other report will be generated when the customer will need.
Each report or list of items has the posibility to be exported as CSV file.

Web3box CRM will include all the necesarry modules to support your and your company to manage all the business in front of a computer.
This CRM will be easy to install and easy to extract part from it or to add new parts if the business will ask. Within a single click you will be able to install a new module from the backend and those modules will be paid online, so no more hours spent with the developers to install new things and update the software.
